- Product ordering and delivery can only be done in Thailand. We apologize for not being able to provide such services internationally at this time
- All TankandTinker.com orders for eligible items totaling THB 500 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping or equivalent.
- Product delivery within Bangkok and Metropolitan will take 1-3 business days and 3-5 business days for the Provincial (during sale and promotion period delivery might take longer than expected). Please note that it may take longer in some areas, but our team will try our best to deliver the products as soon as possible.
- Business days are Monday to Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in the shipping days.
- You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in your purchase confirmation email.

Unless otherwise specified herein, all items purchased from our website are not returnable or exchangeable after purchase.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns and exchanges are subject to terms and conditions as follows:
-All returns and exchanges request must be made within 7 days from the receipt of items ordered.
-You can return and exchange items only if such items are unused and be in the same conditions as received with the original packaging including product tag and receipt or proof of purchase.
-All items purchased are non-refundable.
-No item will be eligible for return or exchange if all conditions herein are not met.
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
-Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged items to reach you may vary.
-Exchange can be done only one time. Second time we will be not allowed.
ACCEPTABLE RETURN REASONS
Returns and exchanges are allowed only for the following reasons:
-Items are damaged, expired, defective on arrival.
-You receive incorrect items in your purchase.
-Your items are missing during delivery.
-You ordered the wrong size.
Note: For minor color and design variations in the items from the photographs shared on our website would not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
HOW TO RETURN (an) ITEMS
- Making a return and exchange request by taking photos of the item(s) that you wish to return and send the pictures with reasons explained to TANK AND TINKER via (firstname.lastname@example.org or Line Account).
- We will consider your request and inform you the eligibility of your request. If your request is eligible for a refund and exchange, we will inform you the address for shipment.
- Once received, we will inspect the returned items and notify you on the status of your return request.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost and delivery of the returned items. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of the items during the return and exchange process.
NO REFUND/ONLY EXCHANGE
-We do not provide a refund on any items sold. You will instead receive store credit in the amount of the returned item if all terms and conditions set out above are met.
-You accept that you will be responsible for all the charges for the return. The returned item will be accepted only if it reaches us in the same condition as was received by you. We reserve the right to inspect the items at our sole discretion and our decision on any inspection shall be final and conclusive.
ABOUT REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY
-If you are not satisfied with your purchase, defective piece, you can replace or exchange the product and get a full replacement or exchange the product for another one. If we cannot provide you the same model again, then we will provide you with store credit that you can use at any time in the future.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions will be updated on our website instantly.
WHAT DOES OUR WARRANTY COVER? WHAT DOESN'T IT COVER?
Please note that a traceable order number is required for after-sales services.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product for the original purchaser. If the product ever fails usage during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material related defect, We will repair or replace the item at our discretion, free of charge. In the event that the item/style returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper usage, or when colors and materials grow worn over time.
All clothing items must be returned in un-worn, un-washed conditions for them to be eligible for warranted returns and replacements.
We shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied warranty for this product, including any damage to person or property, whenever the law allows.
WARRANTY SHIPPING COST
The customer is responsible for shipping charges from your location to our warehouse. If you receive a faulty item, We will pay for a re-shipment to the customer. Please note that the customer pays for both initial order shipments and out-of-warranty replacement shipments. Read more
